联苯胺是最早知道的人体致癌物之一。联苯胺及其同类物经过一个长潜伏期后可引起人的膀胱癌。在生产和使用中,吸入是联苯胺及其同类物的主要接触途径,但也可经皮或摄入之。联苯胺及其同类物的代谢具有种属差异。人、猴以乙酰化机制进行代谢,而狗则否。联苯胺及其同类物在人、狗和猴体内代谢后的产物见表所示。人接触联苯胺和3,3′-二甲基联苯胺后主要由尿排出原型物及其代谢产物。经比较狗、猴排泄联苯胺及其二氯同类物的途径表明,狗主要经粪排出二氯化物,经尿排出较少;而猴经粪、尿都不能很好地排出二氯化物,但比较起来经尿排出稍多一点。狗经粪排出的二氯联
Benzidine is one of the earliest known human carcinogens. Benzidine and its analogs can cause human bladder cancer after a long incubation period. In production and use, inhalation is the main route of exposure of benzidine and its analogues, but may also be transdermal or ingestion. Benzidine and its metabolites have species differences. People, monkeys are metabolized by the acetylation mechanism, while dogs are not. The benzidine and its metabolites metabolites in humans, dogs and monkeys are shown in the table.
