对化学共沉淀法制备 Ｔ Ｚ Ｐ纳米粉末进行了系统的研究，探讨了盐溶液浓度、ｐ Ｈ 值、煅烧温度对粉末性能的影响，提出了制备 Ｔ Ｚ Ｐ纳米粉末的适宜工艺参数 Ｃ＝ １．０ ｍ ｏｌ／ Ｌ，ｐ Ｈ＝ ９．５， Ｔｃ＝ ７００ ℃（１ｈ）⒚
A systematic study on the preparation of TZP nanopowders by chemical coprecipitation method was carried out. The effects of salt solution concentration, p H value and calcination temperature on the properties of the powders were discussed.
