本文报道3例急性白血病(急淋1例、急非淋2例)行非净化自体骨髓移植。局麻下采髓,单纯大剂量化疗进行预处理,结果1例在移植后70天复发,另2例仍处于完全缓解,并对自体骨髓移植存在的问题略加讨论。
This article reports three cases of acute leukemia (acute lymphocytic lei, emergency non-dripping 2 cases) non-purification of autologous bone marrow transplantation. Under local anesthesia, premedication was given to the patients with high-dose chemotherapy alone. One patient recurred 70 days after transplantation and the other two patients were still in complete remission. The problems with autologous bone marrow transplantation were slightly discussed.
