超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是存在于细胞内催化超氧自由基歧化反应的一类金属酶。近年来研究发现机体缺血(氧)性疾病、炎症、肿瘤和衰老等疾病均与SOD有关。我们用放免分析法测定60例心血管疾病患者血清C Zn-SOD(简称SOD-Ⅰ),现将结果报道如下。临床资料我院内科住院病人60例,平均年龄53.2岁,其中冠心病35例,高血压病10例,风心病及心肌病15例。另设对照组20例,为健康体检者。结果(1)正常人及某些心血管疾病血清SOD-Ⅰ结果见附表。(2)心绞痛发作2小时内11例血清
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a class of metalloenzymes that exist in the intracellular catalytic superoxide radical dissymmetry. In recent years, studies have found that diseases such as ischemia (oxygen) disease, inflammation, cancer and aging are all related to SOD. We use radioimmunoassay determination of 60 patients with cardiovascular disease serum C Zn-SOD (referred to as SOD-Ⅰ), the results reported below. (2) 11 cases of serum within 2 hours of angina pectoris
