奥托昆普有限公司皮哈萨尔米(Pyhasalmi)矿于1986年初采用机械化锚索安装工艺。一人操作一台液压台车,可以完成钻孔、注浆和安装锚索的全过程。为了预加固采场和支护巷道,每年用机械化安装的锚索总长达25000m。锚索长度4～40m不等,每米成本低于20美元。一种新设计的锚索支护方案——平行锚索支护或称“曼陀林锚索支护”,已用于分段空场法回采。经验表明,这种锚索支护效果很好,尤其是与喷射混凝土和钢丝网结合使用时,效果更佳。
Outokumpu Co.’s Pyhasalmi mine was installed in mechanized cable installation in early 1986. One person operating a hydraulic trolley can complete the whole process of drilling, grouting and installing anchor cables. In order to pre-reinforce stopes and support tunnels, the total length of cables installed by mechanization each year is 25000m. Cable length ranging from 4 ~ 40m, cost less than 20 US dollars per meter. A new design of anchor cable support scheme - parallel anchor cable support or “mandolin anchor cable support”, has been used for sub-field mining method. Experience has shown that this type of cable support works well, especially when used in combination with shotcrete and steel mesh.
