综述在早期宫颈癌手术中引入前哨淋巴结概念,利用蓝染料和放射性锝99m标记的白蛋白示踪剂,术中寻找前哨淋巴结,根据其病理结果指导手术范围,减少早期患者不必要的淋巴清扫,在早期宫颈癌治疗中有一定的应用价值。
Summary The concept of sentinel lymph node was introduced in early cervical cancer surgery. The blue dye and radioactive technetium 99m labeled albumin tracer were used to search for sentinel lymph nodes. According to the pathological results, the surgical range was guided to reduce unnecessary lymphadenectasis in early stage patients. In the early treatment of cervical cancer has a certain value.
