轴承厂的钢球车间是各类车间中的高噪声车间,其噪声危害已引起人们的重视。本文通过对钢球车间的噪声分析,探讨其防治措施。一、对钢球车间的噪声分析钢球是轴承的一个重要配件,在其生产过程中,由毛坯至成品,中间需要经过十几道工序,需要一系列的机械设备(如冲球机、锉球机、光球机、磨球机)来完成。这些设备在生产运行中产生高强噪声。据调查,各类设备的噪声声压级分别为:冷镦机91～102dB(A);锉球机89～110dB(A);光球机97～114dB(A);软磨机92～110dB(A);硬磨机92～109dB(A);精磨机85～102dB(A);研磨机85～97dB(A);串桶(抛光)89～95dB(A)。
