從一九五三年開始,我市的中學教師,在啟蒙政治學習及歷次社會改革運動學習的基礎上,進入了系統的政治理論學習。我們所以要强調系統政治理論學習的原因,首先是體現在學校中以共産主義思想為指導的教育方針,其次是大多數教師有系統政治理論學習的要求。茲將我們的計劃和體會介紹如左: 一、學習計劃我們的學習計劃是根據下面幾個原則制訂的:首先,對不同情況的教師確定不同的學習目的要求。文化水平較低、教學感覺吃力的,以文化學習為主(到師範學院教師進修班進行系統的文化學習);文化水平較高,業務比較熟悉,但因新參加工作、沒有經過歷次的社會改革的運動舉習,以政治學習為重點;文化水平敎高、業務比較熟悉、也經過歷次社會改革運動學習的,則政治理論和教育理論學習並重。其次,對不同政治思想水平的教師,確定不同的政治學習內容。我們把全體教師編成一、二兩班。政治思想水平較高的,編入
