周政[2008]9号各县市区人民政府,市政府有关部门:随着全市经济的发展和城镇化步伐的加快,土地开发和房地产市场日益活跃,房地产税收收入大幅增长,已成为地方财政收入的重要来源。由于房地产税收涉及税种多、征管难度大,税收收入流失现象较为严重。为切实加强房地产税收管理,落实房地产税收调控政策,促进我市房地产业健康发展,经市政府研究决定,我市将对房地产税收实施一体化管理。现就有关问题通知如下:
