目的:研究五味子对体外培养宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的抑制作用。方法:五味子水煎液按不同时间(12、24、48、72h)及不同浓度(5mg/mL、1mg/mL、0.2mg/mL)分别处理宫颈癌细胞,光镜观察细胞形态变化,CCK-8法检测细胞增殖抑制率,通过细胞贴壁率实验、划痕实验、流式细胞术测定细胞的粘附、迁移及细胞周期变化。结果:与对照组相比,五味子对宫颈癌细胞的生长具有抑制作用,且作用呈明显的时效和量效关系;五味子处理组细胞形态发生明显改变,贴壁率和迁移力均显著下降;流式细胞术结果显示,五味子可将宫颈癌细胞周期阻滞在G1期从而阻止细胞增殖。结论:五味子具有体外抑制宫颈癌细胞生长的作用,其作用机制可能包括直接的细胞毒作用、抑制细胞迁移和粘附、影响细胞周期等多重作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Schisandra chinensis on the growth of cervical cancer Hela cells in vitro. Conclusion: Schisandra can inhibit the growth of cervical cancer cells in vitro. Its mechanism may include direct cytotoxicity, inhibition of cell migration and adhesion, and cell cycle arrest.
