12月2日,全国工程建设标准定额工作会议在成都召开。国务院副总理曾培炎向大会发来贺信,代表国务院向会议的召开表示祝贺。建设部部长汪光焘以《深入贯彻落实科学发展观,开创标准定额工作新局面》为题发表重要讲话,建设部副部长黄卫作工作报告,总结过去五年的经验,研究、部署今后五年的工作。
December 2, the national engineering construction standards work conference held in Chengdu. Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan sent a congratulatory message to the General Assembly, congratulating the State Council on the convening of the conference. Wang Guangtao, minister of the Ministry of Construction, delivered an important speech titled “Deploying the Scientific Outlook on Development in a Down-to-Earth Way and Creating a New Situation in Standard Quota Work”.
