目的观察医用空气净化消毒器对供应室清洁区和无菌区室内空气消毒效果。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对一种空气净化消毒器对供应室空气消毒效果进行了观察。结果按要求安装空气净化消毒器,开机运行1h后,可使无菌区室内空气达到Ⅱ类环境要求,清洁区室内空气达到Ⅲ类环境要求。随运行时间延长,可提高洁净效果。结论该医用空气净化消毒器对医院供应室清洁区包装间和无菌区内空气净化消毒的效果可靠,可用于人在条件下空气净化。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of medical air purifying sterilizers on the air in the clean room of supply room and the aseptic area. Methods Natural sedimentation method and bacterial culture method were used to observe the air disinfection effect of an air purifying sterilizer on the supply room. Results According to the requirements of installation of air purification sterilizer, boot operation 1h, the sterile air indoor air can reach Ⅱ environmental requirements, clean room indoor air to meet Ⅲ environmental requirements. With the running time, can improve the cleaning effect. Conclusion The medical air purification sterilizer has a reliable effect on air purification and disinfection in the clean room of the hospital supply room and in the sterile area, and can be used for air purification in human condition.
