在碱性条件下,铁(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)与邻苯二酚紫(PV)形成一蓝色配合物(Fe:(Ⅱ):PV=1:3),该配合物具有正、负两个吸收峰分别位于600、480nm,据此提出了微量铁的PV双峰双波长光度测定法,方法用于自来水中铁的测定,结果令人满意.1 试验方法及工作曲线取铁标准(≤10.0μg)于10ml比色管中,加水至10ml,加入抗坏血酸溶液(0.01mol·L~(-1))0.5ml混匀,加入PV溶液(6.25 ×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1))硼砂-NaOH
Under basic condition, iron (Ⅱ, Ⅲ) forms a blue complex with pyrochlore violet (PV) (Fe: (Ⅱ): PV = 1: 3) The absorption peaks are located at 600 and 480 nm, respectively, and thus a PV double peak dual-wavelength photometric method for determination of trace iron is proposed and the method is applied to the determination of iron in tap water with satisfactory results.1 Test Method and Working Curve Iron standard (≤10.0μg ) In 10ml colorimetric tube, add water to 10ml, add ascorbic acid solution (0.01mol · L -1) 0.5ml mixing, add PV solution (6.25 × 10 -4 mol·L -1 )) Borax -NaOH
