麻醉开胸大鼠结扎冠脉左室支30min后再灌注60min造成大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤,在再灌注的同时恒速iv黄芪(830mg/kg)对上述心肌损伤有明显的防护作用,表现为明显降低再灌注性心律失常室速(VT)及室颤(VF)的发生率,延迟其出现时间并缩短其持续时间,促进缺血型ST段的恢复。减少心肌细胞内Ca2+的蓄积及细胞内磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)的漏出。明显降低心肌组织中MDA含量并显著提高SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结果提示黄芪防护心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用与其提高心肌的抗氧化能力、清除氧自由基、减轻细胞膜脂质过氧化状态和维持细胞膜的完整性相关。
