在公务员传统培训中引入在线学习形式,经过五年的探索实践,我市逐步发展出基于网络的四种公务员培训模式,四种模式相互配合形成了开放普惠、统分结合、分工协作、权责明确的公务员在线培训体系。本文通过大量数据实证四种在线学习模式产生的应用价值及具体做法,提出存在问题及引发对未来发展的思考,希望能对各地干部在线学习建设和发展提供有益的启示。
