比赛速度训练是采用比比赛距离短和与比赛速度一样或以上的速度进行反复多组的训练方法。一般每个训练距离都由比赛实际距离的二分之一以下组成,休息的时间则要短,长短要根据运动员的具体情况安排。比赛速度训练其最主要的核心是要达到和保持比赛的速度。所以,理想的休息时间是在能够维持比赛速度情况下的最短时间。
Competition speed training is the use of shorter than the race distance and the speed of the game as the same or more repetitive training methods. Generally each training distance is composed of less than one-half of the actual distance of the competition. The rest time should be short and the length should be arranged according to the specific situation of the athlete. The main core of the training speed competition is to achieve and maintain the speed of the game. Therefore, the ideal time to rest is the minimum amount of time you can maintain your racing speed.
