目的建立我国工作场所空气中气溶胶态氯化铵的离子色谱测定方法。方法工作场所空气中的氯化铵用混合纤维滤膜采集,用去离子水洗脱后进样,经离子色谱柱分离后,用电化学检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果该法线性范围为0~5.0 mg/L,相关系数(r)=0.999 2。方法的平均加标回收率为96.2%~98.6%,批内和批间精密度均<5%。最低检出质量浓度(采集30 L空气样品)为0.26 mg/m3。结论该法操作简便,精密度、准确度、洗脱效率及样品稳定性均满足职业卫生标准制定指南要求,适用于工作场所空气中氯化铵水平测定。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for determination of aerosolized ammonium chloride in workplace air. Methods Ammonia chloride in the air was collected with a mixed fiber filter and eluted with deionized water. The sample was separated by ion chromatography and detected by electrochemical detector. The retention time was qualitative, peak height or peak area Quantitative. Results The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 5.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.999 2. The average recovery of the method was 96.2% ~ 98.6%, the intra-and inter-batch precision were less than 5%. The minimum detectable concentration (30 L air sample collected) was 0.26 mg / m3. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate. The precision, accuracy, elution efficiency and sample stability meet the requirements of the guidelines for the development of occupational health standards. It is suitable for the determination of ammonium chloride in the air of the workplace.
