我们在过去研究成果的基础上,围绕发展中国钢铁工业的战略问题,进行了学术探讨,提出以下一些基本的战略观点,与大家共识。 一、中国的钢铁工业应列为国民经济的战略重点产业, 采取倾斜政策,在今后一个时期会有相当大的发展 随着国民经济的发展,中国钢铁产品供不应求的形势从八十年代以来有增无己,估计到本世纪末也难于完全缓解。这可以从下表中看出:
On the basis of past research results, we conducted academic discussions around the strategic issues of developing China’s steel industry and proposed the following basic strategic points of view to reach a consensus with all of you.
