目的:观察前列地尔脂微球注射液(Lipo-PGE1)与糖脂平颗粒剂合用在糖尿病足(DF)治疗中的疗效性和安全性。方法:糖尿病足患者62例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,患者均予糖尿病基础治疗,治疗组予前列地尔注射液(曼新妥)20μg加入生理盐水20mL中缓慢推注,每日1次,同时给与糖脂平颗粒剂,每日3次,每次1袋,水冲服;对照组应用复方丹参注射液20μg加生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,每日1次。3周为1个疗程。两组控制血糖方法相同。结果:治疗组治疗糖尿病足的总有效率为93.9%,显效率为45.5%,明显高于对照组总有效率为62.1%,显效率为20.7%。结论:前列地尔注射液与糖脂平颗粒剂合用是治疗糖尿病足安全有效的药物,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Lipo-PGE1 combined with Tangzhiliping Granules in the treatment of diabetic foot (DF). Methods: Sixty-two patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment of diabetes. 20 μg of alprostadil injection (20 mg) Times, at the same time given Tangzhi lipid granules, 3 times a day, each bag, water blunt; the control group with compound Danshen injection 20μg plus normal saline 250mL intravenous infusion, once daily. 3 weeks for a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of diabetic foot treatment group was 93.9%, markedly effective rate was 45.5%, significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 62.1%, markedly effective rate was 20.7%. Conclusion: The combination of alprostadil and glycyrrhizin in the treatment of diabetic foot safe and effective drug worthy of clinical promotion.
