In order to strengthen the basic research of national defense science and technology and train a high level of scientific and technological personnel, the State Key Laboratory of Ballistic Defense Science and Technology, approved by the Commission of Science, Technology, Industry and Industry for National Defense, was formally established at East China Institute of Technology on December 2, 1992 and held the first Academic Board Meeting. Approved by the higher authorities, the laboratory is headed by Professor Li Hongzhi, Professor Tang Ruifeng and Professor Wang Ruoce are appointed as deputy directors. Academic committee consists of 11 members, Professor Bao Tingyu served as chairman, academician Zheng Zhemin researcher served as vice chairman,
