病历摘要 患儿张×,男性,2岁半,住院号:102079。因不规则发热已半月,皮肤、眼白发黄3—4天于1981年3月8日午夜入院。患儿半个月来有不规则发热,开始时低热,3～4天天后体温迅速上升达40℃。伴有呼吸急促,鼻孔张大,但无咳嗽,曾拟诊为肺炎,先后应用多种抗菌药物,体温仍波动于38℃～41℃之间。高热时,患儿意识朦胧,谵语。3～4天来因发现皮肤和眼白发黄,尿色变深,到当地医院检查有贫血和白细胞减少而疑诊为急性白血病转来本院。起病以来无吐泻、惊厥等。患儿为第四胎第四产,足月顺产。婴儿期母乳喂养,断乳以后以粥糊为主。平素健康,无其他病史,也无肝炎接触史。父母非近亲联姻。
