江西钢厂于一九八二年从捷克引进了二台CNS800-D11液压废钢剪切机,该废钢剪切机的剪切范围是:平面≤600×2600毫米、高≤100毫米,或150×150毫米方形或Φ175毫米园形废钢件。对废钢有一定的要求,硬度不能超过HRC30,钢材必须分类剪切。但在实际使用中很难办到,因此剪切机刀片消耗很大。为了解决这个问题,江西钢厂研制了JG8401新钢种,制成废钢剪刀片,性能优于进口刀片,满足了使用要求,现已通过了鉴定。
Jiangxi Steel introduced two sets of CNS800-D11 hydraulic scrap shears from the Czech Republic in 1982. The shear range of the scrap shears is: Plane ≤600 × 2600 mm, Height ≤100 mm, or 150 × 150 mm square or Φ175 mm round steel scrap. There are certain requirements for scrap, the hardness can not exceed HRC30, steel must be classified cut. However, it is hard to handle in actual use, so the cutter blade consumes a lot. In order to solve this problem, Jiangxi Steel has developed a new type of steel JG8401, made of scrap steel scissors, the performance is better than the imported blades to meet the requirements, has now passed the appraisal.
