我厂有两台42MW热水锅炉,均配用麻石水膜除尘器,由厂区自备井供给清水,日耗水量120吨左右。除尘器排出的灰水经一级沉淀后直接经地沟排入城市排水管网。这样,既耗费了大量的水资源,又增加了城市污染源,工厂也要多交排污费。另外,每年还要清挖较长的排水地沟。为了节约用水减少污染,我们采用了封闭的除尘器循环水系统,即将流经除尘器后的灰水进行三级沉淀,然后用两台IS65-50-125型离心武清水泵将沉淀后的水分别重新打入除尘器,循环利用。工艺流程如图
