目的研究正常成人鞍区冠状面CT断层影像解剖学特征。方法利用全身CT设备,对167例正常成人进行了鞍区冠状面薄层CT增强扫描,层厚15~2mm。结果正常垂体高度为26~84mm,平均46±2.1mm,宽度为8~21mm,平均13.8±4.1mm,50岁以后垂体高度稍有降低;垂体上缘形态以凹陷型居多(43%)、平坦型次之(36%),隆起型较少(21%);26%正常垂体柄有轻度倾斜;海绵窦大小、形态变化较大,增强后其密度高于垂体;鞍底有51%呈凹陷型,45%呈平坦型,4%呈隆起型,有50例(30%)正常鞍底骨质变薄、密度减低。结论冠状面薄层CT扫描可以清晰显示鞍区的解剖结构,正常鞍区解剖变异较大,须综合观察才能做出正确判断。
Objective To study the anatomic features of coronal CT tomography in normal adult sella. Methods A total of 167 normal adult patients underwent CT thin-section coronary angiography with a total thickness of 15 ~ 2 mm. Results The normal pituitary height was 2.6-6.4 mm, averaged 4.6 ± 2.1 mm and width was 8-21 mm, with an average of 13.8 ± 4.1 mm. The pituitary height decreased slightly after 50 years of age. The shape of the upper edge of the pituitary (43%), flat type (36%), less bulge type (21%); 26% of normal pituitary stalk had slight tilt; the size and shape of cavernous sinus changed greatly, and its density Higher than the pituitary; sella at the bottom of 51% were concave, 45% was flat, 4% was elevated type, 50 cases (30%) normal saddle bottom bone thinning, density decreased. Conclusion Coronal thin slice CT scan can clearly show the anatomical structure of the saddle area. The anatomical variation in the normal saddle area is quite large. Only after comprehensive observation can we make the correct judgment.
