正当全省各族人民认真贯彻党的十四届五中全会和中纪委六次全会精神,满怀信心地走向“九五”第一年的时候,具有重要意义的省纪委第五次全委(扩大)会议于3月20日至22日在兰州召开。这次全会根据中纪委六次全会和江泽民、李鹏等中央领导同志重要讲话精神,对我省去年反腐败工作的基本情况进行了认真总结,对全省今年反腐败工作的任务进行了安排部署。省委书记阎海旺、省长张吾乐在会上作了重要发言。全会指出,1995年在中央和省委、省政府的正确领导下,全省各级党委、政府坚定不移地贯彻“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,深入开展反腐败斗争,加强党风廉政建设;各级纪检监察机关全面履行职责,充分发挥职能作用,与司法、行政执法机关密切配合,加大力度,狠抓落实,使反腐败工作取得了明显成效,对全省的改革开放,经济建设和社会稳定起到了积极的作用。
