1971～1972年,我区某县3200名民工参加襄渝铁路隧道开凿工程。所有民工既往无接尘史,竣工后返乡务农,五年后陆续发现矽肺患者。1977～1989年先后检查2724人,检出各期矽肺患者423例,另有0~+32人。平均发病年龄为34.8岁,最小27岁,最大53岁,发病者接尘工龄平均1.4年,最短工龄0.42年,
From 1971 to 1972, 3200 migrant workers from a county in our district participated in the tunneling of Xiang-Yu railway. All migrant workers have no history of dust pick-up and returned to rural areas to work after their completion. Five years later, silicosis patients were found. From 1977 to 1989, 2724 people were successively inspected, 423 cases of silicosis were detected in each stage, and another 0 ~ + 32 were detected.
