随着我国国民经济的发展与市场化进程的推进,现代经济对于电力的需求与要求也在不断提升,在这样的新形势下,电力企业政工工作的重要性就得到了凸显。电力企业政工工作的新重点在于如何推进其可持续性发展,并且注入创新精神与活力,从而为电力企业发展奠定优势。但是当前电力企业政工工作中仍然存在着一定的问题,这些问题已经严重阻碍了电力企业的发展,所以电力企业政工工作改革创新势在必行。在本文中,笔者将从实际工作经验为基础,综合分析当前电力企业政工工作中存在的问题,提出相关可行性解决策略与建议。
With the development of national economy and marketization in our country, the demand and demand for electricity in the modern economy are also rising. Under such a new situation, the importance of political work in electric power enterprises has been highlighted. The new emphases of political work in electric power enterprises lie in how to promote their sustainable development and infuse them with innovative spirit and vitality so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of electric power enterprises. However, there are still some problems in the current power enterprises ’political work. These problems have seriously hindered the development of the power enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out the reform and innovation in the power enterprises’ political work. In this paper, the author will be based on actual work experience, a comprehensive analysis of the current problems in the power enterprises political work, put forward feasible solutions and suggestions.
