应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法和对流免疫电泳方法检测病株样本325个。结果表明,芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)是侵染十字花科蔬菜最主要的毒原;其侵染率达到83.08%,其次是黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)占19.39%,烟草花叶病毒(TMV)占8.62%,其他病毒占0.31%。从各省的侵染病毒种类来看,除广西省外,其他6省的样本中,TuMV单独侵染的占50%以上;而广西省TuMV与CMV复合侵染的比率较高。贵州、安徽和江苏省TMV和TuMV复合侵染率较其他几省为高,湖北省CMV较普遍。各种蔬菜样本中除花椰菜外;均以TuMV或TuMV与其他病毒复合侵染的为主。
325 strains of diseased plants were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and convective immunity electrophoresis. The results showed that TuMV was the most virulent toxin in cruciferous vegetables. The infection rate was 83.08%, followed by cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) accounting for 19.39%. Tobacco mosaic virus TMV) accounted for 8.62%, other viruses accounted for 0.31%. In terms of the types of infectious viruses in each province, TuMV alone accounted for over 50% of the samples in the other six provinces except Guangxi Province, while that of TuMV and CMV in Guangxi Province was higher. The combined infection rates of TMV and TuMV in Guizhou, Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces were higher than those in other provinces, while CMV in Hubei Province was more common. A variety of vegetable samples except cauliflower; TuMV or TuMV are mainly combined with other viruses.
