博物馆规范化的讲解包括语言规范、内容规范、讲解形式规范等,因为讲解是否规范,直接影响着观众的听讲效果和观众对展品的正确理解,因此,博物馆讲解的规范化就显得尤为重要。这是每一个讲解员所应具备的最基本素质,如果摒弃了它而去谈讲解的其他方面,只能是本末倒置,达不到启发、教育之目的。在这里笔者想就讲解的语言与内容的规范化问题谈点浅见,不妥之处请专家学者指教。一我们知道博物馆是一个收藏、研究、教育机构。收藏是为了研究、展出,而研究则是为了更好地收藏和将研究成果对公众开放进行宣传教育。宣传教育是多途径的,陈列展览 The normalization of the museum includes the language standard, the content standard and the formal specification. Here I would like to explain the standardization of language and content on the point of humble, inappropriate experts and scholars advise.
