实验采用浸渍法制备SiO2负载磷钨酸催化剂;以2-氯吡啶为原料、H2O2为氧化剂合成了2-氯吡啶-N-氧化物.讨论了磷钨酸负载量、催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等对氧化反应的影响.最佳工艺条件为:磷钨酸的负载量为30%,催化剂用量3.3%,n(2-氯吡啶)∶n(H2O2)=1∶6.0;反应温度为80 ℃;反应时间为30 h,收率高达89.8%.
