为解决供应链运作过程中不确定性引起的系统波动,对不确定时滞扰动的线性离散供应链系统进行研究。构建网络化制造(Networked Manufacturing,NM)模式下供应链三层系统动态模型,采用Lyapunov函数和线性矩阵不等式(LMI),对输入控制变量生产和订货量、状态变量库存以及系统成本输出实施H_∞鲁棒控制策略;通过反馈控制器uk设计,有效抑制供应链系统时滞τ和不确定需求干扰dk,实现供应链系统鲁棒镇定。最后,实例分析结果表明,在抑制率为γ时,本文提出的鲁棒控制策略可以使供应链系统稳定运行。
In order to solve the system fluctuation caused by the uncertainty in the supply chain operation process, a linear discrete supply chain system with uncertain time-delay disturbances is studied. Build a dynamic model of supply chain three-tier system under Networked Manufacturing (NM) mode, using Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI), implement H_∞ on input control variables production and order quantity, inventory of state variables, and system cost output Robust control strategy; through the feedback controller uk design, effectively inhibit the supply chain system time lag τ and uncertain demand interference dk, to achieve a robust stabilization of the supply chain system. Finally, the example analysis results show that the robust control strategy proposed in this paper can make the supply chain system run stably when the inhibition rate is γ.
