今后几年,国家建材局拟在全国建材行业中推广以下节能新技术:1.磨机采用进相机,每台进相机,一年可节电5万至15万千瓦时。2.磨机使用节能型衬板,如圆角方形衬板。3.水泥回转窑、立窑、玻璃窑风机采用液力偶合器调速和降低启动电流,每台风机年可节电10万千瓦时左右。4.球磨机安装沟槽衬板,如在Φ2.2×6.5m磨机上使用,全年可节电65万千瓦时,可省球段20吨。5.水泥立窑上采用预加水成球技术,一年可节电15~20万千瓦时。6.在Φ1.83~24米的生料磨和水泥磨上采用锥带分级衬板,每吨水泥可节电10万千瓦时,增产9%至19%。
