针对飞机三通导管零件工装型胎的磨损,通过采集现有三通导管零件或其工装的点云数据,利用CATIA模块逆向建模,实现零件或原有工装的数字化。这一过程,顺应了当今飞机设计制造技术的发展,使传统的模拟量传递方法开始向现代的数字量传递方法转变,既保留了传统互换协调的原始依据,又为今后的数字化制造、数字化协调提供了电子数据。
Aiming at the wear of aircraft tee pipe fitting tooling tire, by collecting the point cloud data of the existing tee fitting or its tooling, the CATIA module is used to inversely model to realize the digitization of parts or original tooling. This process conforms to the development of today’s aircraft design and manufacturing technology, so that the traditional method of analog quantity transmission begins to shift to the modern digital transmission method.
