在一般情况下,我国大多数玻璃熔窑都以重油作燃料,其供油压力和用油量的控制,通常采用调节气动或电动阀的开度来实现。在多年的使用中,我们发现不论是气动阀还是电动阀都有其不足之处:气动阀对气源的要求相当严格,需要专用无油润滑空压机,压缩空气还要经过过滤干燥,又麻烦又耗能。电动阀线路比较繁杂,所用元件较多。能不能采用一种又简单又可靠又节约的控制方法呢?
