目的:分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法:选择收治的64例稽留流产患者随机平均分组,治疗组32例口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇后予以常规刮宫,对照组32例单纯口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组完全流产率87.5%显著高于对照组完全流产率46.9%,治疗组在术中出血量、住院时间、出血时间及人流综合并发症的发生率明显优于对照组,比较结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产相比单纯药物流产有明显治疗优势,是一种安全、有效、可靠的治疗手段。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with curettage in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods: Sixty-four patients with missed abortion were selected randomly and randomly. 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional curettage after oral administration of mifepristone and misoprostol, and 32 patients in the control group were treated with oral mifepristone plus misoprostol alone. Two groups of clinical treatment effect. Results: The rate of complete abortion in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.5% vs 46.9%). The incidence of bleeding, hospital stay, bleeding time and comprehensive complication in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with curettage treatment of missed abortion compared with simple medical abortion treatment has obvious advantages, is a safe, effective and reliable treatment.
