目的:利用分子印迹技术制备一种左旋延胡索乙素(L-THP)分子印迹复合膜。方法:以偏聚乙烯微孔滤膜(PVDF)为载体,L-THP为模板分子,通过光聚合制备印迹复合膜,使用扫描电镜对复合膜表面形态进行表征,研究复合膜的结合性与渗透性。结果:L-THP印迹复合膜对L-THP有较好的结合性能,与其结构类似物延胡索甲素(CDL)相比显示出更好的透过选择性。结论:L-THP印迹复合膜对L-THP有良好的选择识别和分离能力。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a L-tetrahydropalmatine (L-THP) molecularly imprinted composite membrane by molecular imprinting technique. Methods: Polyethylene microporous membrane (PVDF) as carrier and L-THP as template molecule were prepared by photopolymerization. The surface morphology of composite membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The binding and permeation of composite membrane were studied. Sex. Results: L-THP imprinted composite membrane showed good binding ability to L-THP, and showed better permeation selectivity than that of structural analogue of dauprostine (CDL). Conclusion: L-THP imprinted composite membrane has a good choice of recognition and separation ability for L-THP.
