一、股份制的实践与效果浙江尖峰建材集团(以下简称尖峰集团)是一个股份制企业集团。它的前身——浙江尖峰水泥集团,系以原金华水泥厂为核心企业,于1987年5月联合16家企业、事业单位组成。次年,该集团中的金华水泥厂、婺城水泥厂、赤松水泥厂、梁山石灰石矿、玲珑石灰石矿、利民化工厂等6家企业,实行“倒旗联合”,成立了浙江尖峰水泥集团股份有限公司。该集团公司通过控股、参股和协作方式,形成了集团的核心层、紧密层、半紧密层和松散层。集团的成员单位中有生产企业、物资供应企业、销售企业、金融企业和科研单位。这些成员单位分布在浙江省的金华,丽水、温州、浦江和贵州省的大方等地。今年5月,该集团的核心层——浙江尖峰水泥集团股份有限公司,与浙江省水泥制品厂实现紧密联合,并正式更名为浙江尖峰建材集团股份有限公司。此举将使该集团以水泥产品为主的
