目的分析青岛市疾病控制实验室能力验证状况,指导实验室质量监控工作。方法对青岛市疾病控制实验室2005-2012年参加各类能力验证资料进行统计分析。结果参加国家认证认可部门组织能力验证较多,参加食品及相关产品能力验证次数最多,其次为水及涉水产品能力验证,参加检测领域的覆盖率和食品及相关产品检测类别的覆盖率均有所提高,化学分析能力验证主要采取色谱分析和光度分析,不同检测手段的使用率有所提高。结论进一步提高能力验证活动参加主动性,关注检测领域的覆盖率和检测手段的多样性,使能力验证起到更好的监控作用。
Objective To analyze the ability verification status of disease control laboratory in Qingdao and guide the laboratory quality control work. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on various types of proficiency testing data collected by Qingdao Disease Control Laboratory from 2005 to 2012. Results The participants in the national certification and accreditation department had more organizational competency certification, the highest attendance of food and related product proficiency testing, followed by water and wading product proficiency testing, coverage in testing field and coverage of food and related product testing categories The improvement of chemical analysis ability verification mainly adopts chromatographic analysis and photometric analysis, and the utilization rate of different detection methods is improved. Conclusions To further improve the capability of participating in the proactiveness of competency verification activities, pay attention to the coverage in the testing field and the diversification of testing methods, so that capability verification can play a better role in monitoring.
