目的探索以LC,LYC,MC为主构成的上皮局部免疫系统在白斑形成及发展中的作用。方法采用ATP酶染法标记LC,A-醋酸苯酯六偶氯付品红法标记LYC及MC,以求了解仓鼠白斑形成过程中,上皮局部免疫状态之变化,从而为探讨人类白斑提供一定的帮助。结果实验表明以LC为主的局部上皮局部免疫系统在白斑形成中有着明显而密切的反应及变化。结论上皮局部免疫系统是由LC,LYC,MC共同参与,实际存在的局部系统,这一系统在防止上皮癌前病变的发展有着十分重要的作用,在这系统中,LC处于最为敏感的地位。
Objective To explore the role of epithelial local immune system consisting of LC, LYC and MC in the formation and development of leukoplakia. Methods LC and A-phenyl acetate hexachlorocyclobuthylate were used to label LYC and MC in order to understand the changes of epithelial local immune status during the formation of hamster leukoplakia. help. Results Experiments show that the LC-based local epithelial local immune system has a clear and close response and changes in the formation of leukoplakia. Conclusion The local immune system of epithelial epithelium is a local system that LC, LYC and MC participate in. This system plays a very important role in preventing the development of epithelial precancerous lesions. In this system, LC is in the most sensitive position.
