小麦返白系春天出现白色心叶。白叶中有脱辅基蛋白存在,但含量很低。白叶复绿时色素条带中CPⅡ出现先于CPI;叶绿素含量的增加与色素蛋白的出现呈正相关,同时影响蛋白含量,但21、25kD蛋白即使在全白叶中也有较高水平。白叶中RubiscoLS含量极低,而SS仅略有降低。复绿初期蛋白质合成速率随叶绿素含量增加而显等提高,LS也迅速增加。
Wheat white system spring white heart leaves appear. There are apoproteins in white leaves, but their content is very low. The CPⅡ appeared earlier than CPI in the pigment stripe of white-leaf complex green; the increase of chlorophyll content was positively correlated with the appearance of pigment protein, meanwhile it affected the content of protein. However, 21,25 kD protein had a higher level even in the whole white leaf. Rubisco LS content in white leaves is extremely low, while SS is only slightly reduced. With the increase of chlorophyll content, the rate of protein synthesis increased at the beginning of complex greening, and the LS also increased rapidly.
