既有运营铁路线下穿桥涵现浇施工,在加固线路后因基坑开挖放坡受到限制,为保证运营线行车安全,基坑开挖后边坡需采取支护加固,确保基坑稳定。通过施工实践验证,对边坡坡率较陡的土类地质,采取土钉墙支护较为理想。主要优点为具有对既有路基等邻近建筑物影响较小,施工机具简单,施工灵活,且消耗的工程材料较少,经济效益、社会效益显著,适用于基坑深12 m以内,除软土以外的多种土层支护。根据现场实际施工环境,通过方案比选,主要从技术、经济方面进行比较,提出具体施工方案,为今后类似工程的施工积累了宝贵的经验。
