大革命从根本上震撼了法国的公法,同时建造了自由主义国家的基础,这个国家在19世纪期间获得充分发展。在支配个人关系的私法方面,变化速度较慢并且较不明显。但是,大革命摧毁了封建制度,使社会世俗化,与此同时准备了《民法典》(1804年),该法典成为资产者社会的宪章。本文以原布尔戈尼郡为研究对象,阐述了1789—1799年革命期间该地区在私法方面所发生的变化。
The Great Revolution fundamentally shattered French public law and at the same time built the foundation of a liberal state that enjoyed full development during the 19th century. Changes are slower and less pronounced in the area of private law governing personal relations. However, the Great Revolution destroyed the feudal system and secularized the society, while at the same time preparing the Civil Code (1804), which became the charter of the bourgeois society. Taking Bourgononi county as the object of study, this article expounds the changes that have taken place in private law in the region during the revolution from 1789 to 1799.
