“社会利益”在现行的法律中频繁的出现,因而,对“社会利益”的认识和界定为经济法部门中一个重要的研究课题。因为“社会利益”这一范畴主体不确定,又没有自己确定和具体的内容,因而在认识上有一定的难度。笔者从“社会利益”的概念入手,再到“社会利益”的本质和表现形式,试图界定“社会利益”。 “Social interests ” appear frequently in the current law, therefore, the understanding and definition of “social interests ” is an important research topic in the economic law department.
