为了进一步提高刊物的学术质量,促进审稿工作的规范化和科学化,提高学术评价的公正性,与国际学术惯例接轨,《河南社会科学》自2014年1期开始,对所有来稿全面实行双向匿名专家审稿制度。本刊对所有来稿统一进行来稿登记和隐名处理后,由责任编辑初审和筛选,对其推荐采用的论文,送学科专家进行双向匿名评审。本刊在充分尊重专家专业评审意见的基础上,综合考虑刊物的宗旨、定位、特色、学科等因素,做出最后权衡和取舍。
In order to further improve the academic quality of publications, promote the standardization and scientification of manuscript review work, improve the impartiality of academic evaluation and conform to international academic practices, “Henan Social Sciences” has been carrying out a two-way anonymity for all contributions since 2014 Expert review system. After all the manuscripts have been uniformly registered and anonymized, the editorial board will review and screen editors’ contributions for the recommended papers and send the subject experts to a two-way anonymous review. On the basis of fully respecting the professional opinions of experts, this publication makes the final trade-off and trade-off based on such factors as the purpose, positioning, characteristics and disciplines of the publications.
