改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济和现代企业制度的不断推进和完善,在经济和社会不断发展的同时,我国的社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式进一步多样化,经济关系、劳动关系更加复杂,工会工作面临着新形势、新特点、新问题。这些年来,武钢推行了一系列的重大改革,企业内部的形势发生了深刻变化,武钢公司工会坚持把“三个代表” 的重要思想作为工会工作的根本指导思想,不断提高企业工会参与协调社会利益关系和劳动关系的责任意识,始终坚持贯彻落实党的“依靠”方针不动摇,创新发展以职工代表大会为基本形式的民主管理制度,促进了武钢的改革、发展和稳定。
