1984年10月,吉林化学工业公司新建、扩建的十套化工新装置及其配套工程(其中新建三个厂,扩建二个厂),经国家验收委员会验收合格,正式交付使用。其中《工业卫生专题报告》是提交竣工验收的二十五个专题之一。我们在上级有关部门的帮助和指导下,经过近一年的努力和认真准备,最终较好地通过了国家验收。为使同类企业在竣工验收时有所借鉴,现将我们一些粗浅体会做一小结,与同行们商榷共勉。一,撰写《工业卫生专题报告》的主要
In October 1984, a total of 10 sets of new chemical plants and their complementary projects (including 3 new plants and 2 additional plants) were newly built and expanded by Jilin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and passed the acceptance test of the State Commission of Acceptance and were officially delivered for use. Among them, “Industrial Hygiene Special Report” is one of the 25 topics submitted for final acceptance. With the help and guidance of the relevant departments at the higher level, after nearly a year of hard work and careful preparation, we finally passed the state inspection. In order to make similar enterprises in the completion of acceptance of lessons, now some of our superficial experience to make a summary, to discuss with their colleagues to encourage each other.
