This article explores the relationship between financial innovation and subsequent impact on the interpretation of judicial decisions in the field of financial contracts, pointing out that the judicial interpretation of bond indenture facilitates innovation in financial contracts and at the same time provides creditors and debtors with Benefits that are considered to be of importance.
