1990年我厂焦化车间由西德 KSB 公司引进一台 HGBR 3/4型热油泵,4级,额定流量120m~3/h,操作温度400℃,操作介质渣油,转速2970r/min,自带保温,驱动电机150kW。泵的作用是把分馏塔底的渣油送往加热炉,是焦化装置的关键设备之一,见图1。1 泵在预热过程中出现的问题1990年11月11日泵安装完毕,进行首次试泵。预热时,稍开泵出口阀,使分馏塔底395℃渣油倒流入泵体内。同时开泵的入口阀,热油在泵内流动,使泵体、转子获得热量,温度上升。为使各部均匀受热变形,升温速度不超过50℃/h。当保温泵壳外表面温度升至320℃时,如盘车正常,即可开泵。预热时,每隔10min 盘一次车。当预热到120℃时,转子卡死,盘不动车。解体发现
