近年来笔者用整稻草作原料栽培草茹,获得了较好的生物学效率和经济效益。现将其高产栽培技术要点阐述如下:(一)选择适宜稻草栽培的高产菌株:这是稻草栽培平菇的首要条件。通过几年来的试验,筛选出杂17,新平1012、杂3,GN9108等适宜稻草栽培的高产菌株。这些菌株具有很强的抗逆性,吃料快,转化率达120—160%。(二)菌种生产:母种用无琼脂培养
