按常规方法测定感冒康无糖颗粒的最大耐受量和蓄积毒性,结果表明,该药最大耐受量为9g/kg,为成人按体重的口服量的450倍;每鼠16天蓄积给药量达292.4g/kg时,动物没有出现蓄积毒性反应.说明感冒康无糖颗粒口服非常安全.
The maximum tolerated dose and cumulative toxicity of Ganmaikang non-sugar granules were determined by conventional methods. The results showed that the maximum tolerated dose of the drug was 9 g/kg, which was 450 times that of adults according to the oral dose of body weight; At the dose of 292.4g/kg, there was no accumulation of toxicity in the animals. This indicated that the Kangkangkang sugar-free granules were very safe for oral administration.
